You’ll be prompted for a credit card when you register for your account. Your card on file will be used for the monthly (or annual) billing and for any optional hardware that you order from us.

Yup, no problem. While we’d hate to see you go, we understand how needs change. There are no minimum contracts and you can cancel at any time without penalty. When you cancel, access to your account is ensured until the end of your business cycle.

For sure. Sometimes you only need the features available in a lower-tier plan but want the benefit of giving users their own logins. We’ve made this super simple with our individual seat licenses. During signup, you’ll be able to add as many additional users you’d like at the current monthly per license cost.
