Temp de comienzo 225f, aire a 75% y fuego alto.

1:45m a 97f le cerre el aire 50%(le volvi a abrir el aire 75% y le deje el fuego igual con la intencion ue emparejara desde el principio)

5:30 127f le cerre el aire 50% y el; fuego lo deje igual. 8:00m a 150f comenzo a emitir fragancia y a comenzar a verse color amarillento.

a 9:00m a 160f le abri el aire 75% para que emparejara un poco mas. 175f le baje el fuego un poco (encontre la curva muy impinada)

190f a 12:15m le abri el aire 100% y le subi un poco el fuego.

15:30m a 198f la curva se comenzo a stolear, le cerre el aire 75%.(ueria subir el calor del drum sin necesidad de subir el fuego) le apague el fuego a 20:00m.corri el tueste hasta 225f sin fuego y aire 100$ abierto.
