Roast Notes: TEMP DE COMIENZO 225G. ABRI EL AIRE UN 75 PORCIENTO. A 90g 2 00m le cerre el aire un 50 porciento. 149g a 6 45m le subi el fuego.160g a 8 00m le abri el aire un 75 porciento (comenzo a emitir fragancia y se veia cinnamon). 175g a 9 20m le baje el fuego un 50 porciento. 188 g a 1036m coemzo a curvear la curva. 195 g 12 00m (primer crack) le abri el aire 100 porciento. 1400m a 198g note un poco de stalling y le subi el fuego un poco y cerre el aire un 75 porciento. volvi a abrir el aire 100 porciento para que estabilizara el caliente , encontre que subia muy rapido.2 20 m le apague el fuego.
